Boston.com has a feature of the work James Nachtwey did on Extremely Drug Reistant Tuberculosis (XDR-TB). The raw emotion rips off the page at you. I can't link directly to the images, so you'll have to click over.
Nachtwey is one of those photographers I put on the level of Henri Cartier-Bresson and Milton Rogovin. I'd like to spend just one day with him. Here's what I picture us doing: we go out and shoot, come back to my apartment where we develop and print our film, and then hang out and talk.

Cartier-Bresson On Demand
If you're a Netflix subscriber, you can use their Watch Instantly feature to see Henri Cartier-Bresson: The Impassioned Eye. If you're not familiar with the movie, it's a documentary made in 2006 on Cartier-Bresson.My favorite line: "There's no need to crop if you hit your target correctly." Yeah, no pressure Henri.
